Our Nurse Advocates are trained in treatment support as it relates to your condition, and can provide you information, discuss expectations on the treatment process, and answer questions about OGSIVEO® (nirogacestat).
Once you’re enrolled, one of our Nurse Advocates will welcome you and be your single point of contact at SpringWorks CareConnections providing personalized educational and emotional support
Your Nurse Advocate is available to*:
- Provide you with information on your condition
- Help you stay on track and take your OGSIVEO as prescribed
- Answer questions and provide resources to help you manage your treatment
- Help plan conversations with your care team
- Help you understand your treatment with OGSIVEO
- Work with your doctor’s office and pharmacy so that you receive OGSIVEO as prescribed, including appointment and prescription refill reminders
