Personalized Educational & Emotional Support
Our Nurse Advocates can provide treatment support as it relates to your condition, and can
provide you information, discuss expectations on the treatment process, and answer questions about GOMEKLI® (mirdametinib).
Once you’re enrolled, one of our Nurse Advocates will welcome you and be your single point of contact at SpringWorks CareConnections, providing personalized educational and emotional support*:
- Provide you with information about your condition
- Help you or your loved one stay on track and take GOMEKLI as prescribed
- Answer questions to help you manage treatment for you or your loved one throughout the treatment journey
- Help plan conversations with your care team
- Help you understand treatment with GOMEKLI
- Work with your doctor’s office and pharmacy so that you receive GOMEKLI as prescribed, including prescription refill reminders
